Governor Declares State of Emergency; Go Check On...
I guess I was a bit glib about tonight’s storms earlier. My daughter was having a sleepover and everybody got together in the living room to watch the wind whip around the trees. Good. That'll Definitely Fix The Problem.
I am licensed to perform marriages in the state of West Virginia. I’ve performed two so far, and as far as I know, neither of the couples has divorced (although I don’t have much hope for the second pairing). Divorce is an awful thing of course, but the reality of today’s world is that marriages frequently don’t work out.
Fortunately West Virginia has fixed the problem....
